Terms
The working arrangement between us. Nothing surprising, but worth having written down.
Quotes
Quotes are written and list the artwork, quantity, materials and turnaround. They're valid for 30 days. If the job changes, we requote before doing the work rather than after.
Artwork approval
Nothing is printed until you've approved a proof in writing. Once approved, the proof is what gets made — so please check spelling, sizes and colours carefully, because a reprint after approval is a new job.
Your artwork and your rights
You confirm you have the right to reproduce anything you send us. We can't print third-party logos, badges or licensed characters without permission, and we'll ask if something looks like it needs it.
Final artwork we design for you becomes yours once the invoice is settled. We keep the working files so future work matches.
Colour
Screens emit light and print reflects it, so an exact match between a screen and a printed item isn't achievable. We work to close and consistent, and we'll show you a physical sample where colour is critical.
Customer-supplied goods
If you supply your own garments or items, tell us the fabric first. We take every care, but we can't accept liability for items damaged by a press when the material turns out not to be suitable.
Turnaround
Timings are given in good faith and start once artwork is approved and any deposit is settled. Courier delays are outside our control, and we'll always tell you as soon as we know about a problem.
Faults
If something's wrong with what we made, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll put it right — reprint or refund. That's on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.
