Who you're dealing with
A print shop that also designs and builds.
Most businesses end up with a printer who doesn't talk to the designer, a designer who doesn't talk to the web person, and a web person who's never seen the van. Inkforge exists because that's a daft way to run a brand.
The one-roof bit isn't a slogan
When the same team prints your shirts, cuts your signage, designs your logo and builds your website, a few things stop happening. Your orange stops being three different oranges. Nobody says "that's not our department". And the file that works on a business card is the same file that goes on the van.
The machines are in the building — presses, lasers, 3D printers. The design work happens on calibrated screens in the same unit. So a job that would normally bounce between four suppliers over three weeks tends to go out in days.
We're based in Leicester and most of our work is within an hour of it, though print and 3D work goes out across the country. If you're local, you're welcome to come and watch your job come off the press.
How we work, in four promises.
Say what it'll cost before you start
Every quote is written down with the artwork, the quantity and the turnaround on it. Nothing appears at the end that wasn't there at the beginning.
Tell you when you don't need us
If a job is better done by someone else, or doesn't need doing at all, we'll say so. It costs us one invoice and earns the next five.
Fix it rather than explain it
Artwork at the wrong resolution, a colour that won't press, a file that won't slice — we sort it and tell you what changed.
Make it last
Prints that survive the wash, vinyl that survives the winter, sites that survive a Google update. Cheap and quick is easy; neither of us wants the reprint.
Come and use us for one small thing first.
Most of our regulars started with a hundred stickers. Try us on something small and see whether the rest is worth moving over.
